3D drawing design and confirmation is the core link of modern product development. Computer-aided design (CAD) software is used to build accurate three-dimensional digital models to transform concepts into visual technical solutions. The process starts with demand analysis. Engineers perform structural modeling based on functional parameters, process restrictions and application scenarios, and use parametric design to ensure dimensional relevance and modifiability. Simulation analysis (such as stress testing and fluid dynamics simulation) is integrated into the design process to verify feasibility in real time. In the confirmation stage, multi-department collaborative review is combined with 3D rendering, dynamic disassembly demonstration and virtual assembly testing to ensure that the design meets manufacturing, assembly and performance requirements. This link first selects materials accurately based on part design requirements, and ensures that the material uniformity and tolerance of metal blanks (such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel, etc.) meet the standards through spectral analysis, hardness testing, and dimensional verification. Subsequently, the blanks are pretreated (such as cutting and straightening), and the reference surface is positioned based on the machining process planning. Customized fixtures or modular clamping systems are used in the clamping stage. The clamping force distribution is optimized through mechanical simulation, and the workpiece coordinate system is calibrated in combination with a three-coordinate measuring machine to ensure zero vibration displacement during machining.
